I have way to much energy...
This morning was the last strenuous exercise for the week and tomorrow is stretching and pictures for week one. Let me tell you... This new routine is nuts. It's completely changed my outlook on what I can and cannot do when it comes to physical fitness. It is really intense and not for the faint of heart though. It has ALSO taught me that I need to have more protein in my diet. I am energetic up to about 3-4 o'clock....then I'm dragging slower than a dial up connection. I have consistent healthy snacks every 3 hours (between meals) but that doesn't seem to help much. I need to get some protein powder to make some shakes with.
Kenpo this morning was good... kinda not what I expected. Not that that is a bad thing..just different. That's all. I still can't get over the 4lbs lost since Sunday though... I know I won't probably have the same results for the full 90 days. Not that I need to loose THAT much more...I'm really close... almost to my target! I'm excited. Plus I'm getting definition. Which REALLY excites me. Anyway... I'm gonna go.. get ready for my day. I'll post later with my weigh in...or if it's still the same, I'll just post and say hi! Maybe even try to hit some other diaries..
