Sounds good - I might actually have a monitor kicking around - here I could take a look - not 100% sure but might

hmmmmm...i think thats what my monitor needs..a good kicking around..lol. I have this one at least not flipping now, but its a strange hue of seafoam green. Dont think thats quite a good thing...laughs. If you do happen to have one, id be happy to buy it off you. I hope you had a great day, and that you can actually take some time for yourself this weekend.

I managed to lose the 5 pounds that i had gained back... thank goodness. i was feeling so damn mad at myself for losing control for a bit. *i know that beating yourself is not productive* I feel better now though

Todays food totals.... *drum roll*

Breakfast:
- 1 fruit smoothie (1 small banana, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries *frozen* 1 cup almond milk, 1 tsp udo's oil and a little ice) 1 scoop soy protein powder

Lunch:
- 1 chicken grill sandwich with no dressing, 1 small side salad 1 tsp dressing, 1 bottle water
Snack:
- one pear
- 50 grams crab meat
- water
Dinner:
- 4 ounces sole
- sweet potato
- cauliflower and carrots
- water
Snack:
-diet coke
- cottage cheese
- cantelope
 
yummy :D i need to take a walk through your diary to get some ideas...i'll try to make myself a week schedule of what i will eat (never done that before so thats gonna be something hehe)

Congrats on loosin that 5lbs again - great feelign isnt it - Im a bit bummed out because onderland is fighting me lol - Once I hit onderland it will be the lowest I have ever been and these lbs dont wanna go with out a fight

So if I do have a monitor you can have it -I didnt mention it so you could buy it - silly girl - I just gotta look around -

Yes it is the weekend and I need the rest however pathetic as it is i got up at 7am *UGH* and was awake at 445am - when I go to bed between 930pm and 10 pm I wake up well rested at 445am - sad trully is

I wou ld like to get together for coffee at some point - when you have some free time give my cell a call

I would like to hear some more abt cards and readings and so on :):):)

Oh and can I say that I am in the same challenege youa re and I never would have guessed you weighted what you weigh - you dont look like that number - and that is a compliment my friend - I just hope it isnt outta line but I say what I am thinkin lol

Good luck on cleaning Im still trying to do that - the living room is mostly under control just some random things floatign around it is my bedroom that needs the most work and my kitchen needs some time as well

thanks for stopping by my diary, always nice to hear from you. :)
I dont record what i eat nearly as much as i should, and its silly, because that is truly what keeps me on track. If i dont write it down, i FORGET really really fast (maybe i should say DENY) what i have eaten already that day..lol
If i write it down, i can see where i do great, and where i get taken over by the munchie bunny.. (gotta shoot that thing!)

Thanks muchly for the offering of a monitor if you have one, that would be awesome. My left arm is getting sore from holding the monitor as i type... *laughs* so silly!
I can understand how frustrating it is fighting onderland. You know i cant seem to ever get under 300 pounds,... When i get close or maybe a half a pound under, i usually fall apart. *i know you are not falling apart, you are just trying to get your body to listen to you* I feel that once i get myself right under 300, that goal will help me continue with a different mindset.. and, it would be great to not have a 3 in my weight number. at least not in the first number anyways..lol
Coffee is a must, ill give your cell a call.

Yesterdats totals:
Breakfast:2 egg omlet with tomatoes, onion, cilantro and peppers
1/2 cup cantelope, 1 small banana
water
tea with honey and milk

Lunch:
1 serving of oven baked natcho chips with
peppers, onion, tomato and 3 diced green olives
1 1/2 oz grated light aged cheddar
Diet coke and water
1 apple sliced

Snack: water

Dinner:
Vietnamese bowl (rice noodles, grilled pork, shredded carrot, lettuce, cucumber, extra bean sprouts and basil, 1 spring roll
2 tblsp peanut sauce
soda water with lime

10pm, 1 serving of shrimp with a little cajun spice, eaten cold
1 apple

What a horror weekend you've had.

Are you up late because your tooth hurts so much - or are you just nervous?
 
Its almost 3 30am, i cant sleep cuz i have to go to the dentist tomorrow morning, and i suffer real anxiety around them. So, im awake!..lol.. This sucks but at least im not stuffing my face, so that is a good thing

Todays totals:

Lunch: 6 inch veggie sub, bottle of water

Snack:water and a cheese stick

Dinner: Roast chicken, sweet potato, sauteed su choy, mushrooms and onions

Dessert, pureed frozen strawberries with low fat topping *mixed*

YA I heat that for me it was gettin below 210 - I just couldnt do it - everytime I got close to it my weight shot up a few lbs I did that dance for awhile - now I passed that and I am at 205 but cant seem to get down to 200 without a fight but Ive been over 200 lbs ever since Ive had Kaylea - well ok maybe since i was 18 when Kaylea was 2 and I moved here - I will say since 18 - I have been over 200 lbs - It will be a real victory to get below it

I hate4 the dentist also - I need to actually go and such but I dont have dental - Blue Cross however finally accepted me so I have one more month waiting period and hten the benefit kicks in - it isnt too bad - 18 a month and they cover 75 percent or something like that - but hte dentist scares the crap outta me - I promised the last dentist htat did my root canal I would go in for a check up adn start gettin some dental work done - LOL - he couldnt understna why my mouth looks as it doesna dn I said Ive been a single mom since 16 with no dental coverage - geeesh

Thankfully the girls are covered through medical :):):) I will be thinkin of you in that dnetist chair - My week is pretty tame this week if you wanted to try to get together
 
I actually re-booked my dental appointment. My blood sugar has been going crazy the last while, so feeling emotional and crappy. I was off the medication for quite a long time, but seems that i need to get back on it for a bit. Will be seing my doctor on Thursday morning before work. So..im going to get my dental torture done next monday. I also have a huge fear of dentists, havent been back for a check up in a long time. So..im trying to get everything on track..lol...pretty big list of things, but with determination i will get that done, and organize my house,, cuz i am woman..hear me roar..lol

Are you busy Saturday morning? Maybe a walk and some coffee, or just a walk,,, if you dont have plans,

Nope Saturday Mornign would be fine for me - just let me knwo for sure - I havent been doing anythign on the weekends well other than cleaning up and such - no real plans been needing a break and art class ended

Give me a call if you wann hook up - only catch is I gotta bring the little one - I am going out later on as well and she is staying home with sissy so - I would definately have to bring her along - if we go for coffee we need to make it a place with tables and booth and such for her - like a resturant or somethign - I dunno - if oyu are into it give me a call

Saturday is great by me, Im pretty sure you are working today (friday) im working just for a few hours this evening and then heading over to a friends for a bit, so i will call you and confirm for sure. Of course i dont mind if you bring the little one, not a problem at all. Talk soon

I wish i could say that my sugar count was back undercontrol, but unfortunately at the moment it has a mind of its own. Im not sure entirely whats happening. Im going to be getting a blood test that checks if my body is still producing enough insulin. Im hoping i get it in check soon, cuz it makes my emotions just roller coaster... * i have a very patient boyfriend to say the least..lol*
I will try to catch up on your diary soon ( and many others)
