I need a new hobby and I am fat, so I decided to chronicle my story.

I had a baby ten months ago and gained an unsavory amount of weight. Prior to that, I was underweight but extremely unhealthy, weak and tired. Because I am a procrastinator, I have decided to create a new year's resolution a bit late: I will become the healthiest version of myself.

I am beginning a mental and physical journey today. I plan to explore the Eat to Live diet, continue doing Barre workouts, begin some sort of sport, try all kinds of different activities, work toward balance, energy and well-being.

Today I weigh 160 pounds and I would like to return to a healthy 130. I want to wake up with vitality and enthusiasm.

Still working on a plan. I have been pretty good about going to the exercise studio for Barre workouts 5-6 times per week. I know that I also want to eat a lot of healthy vegetables and fruits. Adding more cardio, writing in this diary and logging workouts and meals will probably be the keys to success.
