Dear diary :waving:

First, I apologize for my bad English. It's very hard for me to write in English, but in 5 weeks I have to speak English every day. So what ;)

Now more about me: I'm Sandy, I'm 23 years old and I don't feeling good, because of my overweight. I'm 160 cm tall and I started with 80.2 kg on July 17th, 2011. Today I weigh 77.2 kg. The previous weight loss I've reached with WW and from time to time I replaced a meal by a protein shake.

That's works really well and I'm feeling so much better. I do more exercises mainly with bodyrock.tv. This is the best way for me to do sport, because the workouts are only 20 minutes long and everybody have 20 minutes per day, and there are no excuses.

The diary should help me to study my eating habits. So I will post my food every day.

Comments and suggestions are always welcome. But also improvements in my English! :blush5:
 
Hey there!

Bodyrock's workouts are great! I've seen a couple, they look really intense. Great way to exercise in a short amount of time!

I agree, posting your diet will help yourself realize where and when you are going wrong, if you are. Plus we can help you out, make some suggestions and just be there for you on an off day! :D

To edit your signature go to 'User CP' and under 'Settings and Options' there is a button called 'Edit Signature' however I believe you need 10 posts for your signature to appear.
 
Ah, thank you! No wonder that I haven't found it. Then I still have to write more often ;) but that should not be a problem.

I have just completed my day. We stayed with friends in the city and adopted my friend Eva. Because she will fly to Australia on Monday and I will follow her in a month. There I have drunk two wheat beer mixed with cola, :cheers2: (In German or Bavarian we say Cola-Weizen) which also have a lot of calories. But no candy =)

Now I have to sleep because I have to get up in 4 hours :svengo:

I was really surprised I didn't expect a weight loss like this :coolgleamA:

That's the right way ;) I hope it continues!

Let's see what happens this day. Now I'll have a nice breakfast and than I have to work on my thesis. I don't fancy the idea, but I'll have to do it. :eek:

Today at work my boss came to the shop and she said promptly to me: Have you lost weight? I was totally perplexed and I meant: Can you see that? And she said: Yes, of course, it looks like that you lost a lot of weight! I was surprised because I lost not even 4 kg! That was really cool and that's a better motivation than the numbers on the scales :) I have noticed the weight loss on my body, but I thought that was just my fancy ;) but apparently not! :hurray:

I notice my weight loss on things like my ring on my finger who becoming more looser and I have to tighten my belt ;)

But weight today is the same like yesterday. But that's ok because the main thing is the weight doesn't increase!

 
I'm feeling miserable!:cry: My friend and I felled for a scam as we looked for an apartment for melbourne! :mad: € 900 f*cked up! I was so sceptical and my feeling was right! But everybody said: You overreact! And the owner from the apartment was so nice and wrote a lot of mails with us and she persuaded us! That's why we transferred the money! My friend had to cancel the flight because she would be flown today! That's sh*t!!! :cuss: Tomorrow we have to go to the police, but I don't have any hopes that we get the money back!

How ruthless some people can be! We saved the money for a long time and now? I had three jobs at the same time to get the money and then such a sh*t!

That really sucks! Wow, I know that feeling of being cheated, hurts inside. So brutal.

So, the last week was bad! Of course the reason was the scam, but mostly I'm frustrated, because I'm losing the desire to fly to Australia.

Before the thing with the bad guys I was really happy and I was nervous because of the flight of my friend Eva. And now everything is gone. I don't want to leave my family and my boyfriend here in Germany etc. I think this feeling would come sooner or later but because of the incident with the cheaters it speeded up. Not even I'm looking forward to travel with my boyfriend. Well, I'm an emotional eater and that's why my body weight increased by 2 kg. Now I weigh 78.6 kg :eek: this morning, I was shocked!

Well, now I like to start again with my diet plan! The cheaters put my money and my anticipation for the realization of my dream but not my wish to lose some weight! It's frightening how easy it is to let yourself be defeated by something like this. I get exasperated with myself that I didn't discover all the signs and that we believed all the things that the cheaters told us, no, we were happy about all this good news! So stupid!:banghead:

Now I don't like to be crabby even if I know that I can't get back my anticipation. But I want a better body feeling and that's why I make a turbo day, that means I only drink my protein shakes, that’s better because I like to get my weight back after this terrible week. And I'm not in a mood that I could focus on healthy meals. Tonight I like to do one of the bodyrock workouts and I want to post my daily meals here in my diary! I won't let it get me down.

Result: The day was successful, and the workout was really hard. I've been sweating a lot and this after 18 min. Because of this you realize how effective this workout should be.
