I need to get back on track. I do not know why I allow myself to be defeated by food.I never seem to realize the weight gain until it is too far out of hand. I know 20 pounds may not be a lot to some but it means an uncomfortable life for me.
I have never been the chubby or thick girl and now I am I feel embarrassed by it.
So here I go again on this journey along with my natural hair Journey I started at the end of July to not chemically relax my hair anymore. These two should actually work hand in hand because I am trying to have more heathy hair once it grows back by using more natural products in my hair and taking my vitamins and trying to eat more healthy.So I am hoping I will be able to look back like I did 2 years ago and think WOW I did it.
Starting weight 79Kilos or 174 pounds.My short term goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of the year, which should be attainable.My long term goal is to lose 30 pounds and get back to my pre child baring weight-LOL
I will try to exercise at least 3x a week. I am also tracking my calorie intake.
Brunch 500 calories
1 bagel 140 calories
6 slice of reduced fat bacon 120 cal
1 piece of steakumn 100 cal
1 egg 80 cal
1 slice of swiss cheese 60 cal

I did not run the entire time though. I decided to play the last person on the treadmill game with the other people. I love that they do not know I am using them to push myself. I saw this lady on the stepper trying ot keep up with me and I was like what so i started running even faster-LOL I ended up being the last one on the machine so I won-LOL I did almost 8 kilometers i would have done at least 10 had i ran the entire time but i have time. So I know i said I did not want to weigh myself but I got the feeling today and now I am 171 pounds or 78 kilos so i have lost 3 pounds YES!!!! That is motivating I will be going back to the gym tonight!!!
