hello every1, like others ill come in to note watever ive eaten and how much exercise ive done. ill note wat ive eaten yesterday, coz i joined in yesterday itself


morning: bowl of cereal,with no sugar and skim milk. i dnt really know the measurement or the bowl
lunch: Chinese fish balls, meat balls and vegetable balls. all steam cooked
at 3: i had a bowl of oatmeal wid very little sugar and very little skim milk
dinner: chicken salad; there was prawns and 1 boiled egg as well and again some chinese vegetables and meat balls.
i had some almonds coz i was very hungry around 9pm

50mins cardio at the gym and 30 min muscular workouts

satisfied enough
 
today morning i had

1 bowl oatmeal+ 1 glass fresh grapefuit juice and water

lunch: 1 large salade again wid prawns and boiled egg + some amonds and since morning ive had around 1.5l of water

now heading to the gym, like yesterday ill most probably do 45 to 50 min cardio and some muscular work out

dinner will most probably b again chicken salad wid boiled egg(i normally try to have eggs with only half the yellow part)
and ill also drink 1lt of coconut water during my workout.

hello ladies. yeah ive done 50 min cardio today along wid some other light workouts. im happy :) feel so good after hard work, i pray to keep the track till the end.

mub, just start, ull see how positive ull feel abt urself. gd luck

try coconut water it helps a lot in losing weight when u do exercise along wid diet :)
