I am getting married next labor day weekend. I would like to loose 25 pounds in the next year. Ideally I'd like to loose 15 pounds by Dec. 10th. So that when I try on my dress I won't have to get such a big size. I started my weightloss program on Monday the 10th but have had a rough start. Next week I will order water instead of my normal drinks when going out with friends. I think my goal is realistic if I can establish a routine. I have lost weight two other times and routine was the key. I need to exercise every morning before work and eat small meals. I also need support everyone says I look fine the way I am but I am much more comfortable 15 pounds thinner (what I was whenI graduated high school). All my clothes are too tight and it is really bothering me. I hope I can find support in this forum.
