Hey Mustang! You are doing really great on your diet. I also find it better to plan out my meals and weigh them and have them ready so when lunch time/dinner comes. Its there and I know what I'm gonna eat beforehand.
But keep it up and you will achieve your results!!
Thanks people. I've finished the day on only 1000 cals but I'm still feeling really full. I think the extra salad veg at lunch tied me over really well. Who'd have thought lol
Had A big fun day out of town with my girls and mum yesterday. We took our lunch to save the expense on take away - both financially and calorie. Took snacks and plenty of water. didn't get my actual exercise in, but did do a fair bit of walking. My 4yo even made me run while piggy backing her at one point, definitely felt the thigh burn.
I'm going to confess I ended the week pretty bad. I didn't snack so much as just decided I was going to eat high fat meals all day.
B: usual PB whole toast. Mint honey tea. Plus small bowl crunchy but cornflakes and full milk
L: bacon and egg English muffin w'butter. Cup of milk w'milo
D: pan fried fish veg and oven chips.
S: 2pc mousse choc block. Small bowl ice cream with topping and choc wafer sticks. I've forgotten other snack but all recorded in tracker. Total cals were under 1900 ;( not good at all. Went over my 1200 most days too so now get back to my plan.
Well it seems my 'picking' last week has taken its toll. Weigh in this morning has seen no change. No loss. But at least there was no gain so that's ok. I'm still motivated to keep putting along
Thanks cand0r. Yes I was thinking about it after seeing it on one of these dr shows. Be good if I could taste it first as I think it costs a bit. Wouldn't mind getting a protein shake to help with my muscles too.
Omg. I'm stuck in a food rutt. Exercise is fine but I've been snacking heaps again. Having a downer, but motivated to get going properly in the morning. I'm only cheating myself
Just start focusing again and remember why you started this in the first place. Put the picture in your head what you want to look like and work towards that.
At least you still doing your exercise - well done on that!
So a 500g loss this week, finally I've gone down again. Was a mini plateau I think. Now I'm on a roll again I can feel it. Even motivated enough to get up at 5.30am to get my workouts in before I've got to get kids up ready for school was even up late last night with plenty of energy to fold all the washing, couldn't stay still. And this is since giving up caffeine
Don't lose hope, just keep on your eating plan, the plateau will break. I was on a plateau about 2 weeks ago, where I didn't lose anything and then was up 300g, but I stuck through and the next weigh in I dropped like 900g. So hang in there.
Hooray ive finally dropped again. Down 800g to 65.4kg. So I've finally passed my 1st mini goal and am officially the lowest weight I've been since bub #3!
Been working out heaps and really pushing the weights. Slowly gettin back into jogging and have managed a 3 and 4.5km so far. As well as walking, stationary bike and belly dance.
Foods been pretty strict which is my biggest problem. And my wil power is doing a lot better.
It's coming off really slow. But it is coming off. Though measurements haven't changed that much.
Next goal 61.5 and was trying to get there by Easter :/
