Review of week 1
Okay, so week 1 wasn't as spectacular as I wanted it to be, but I did lose 3 pounds. Anyway, things I need to improve:
The things I think went well this week are:

Okay, so week 1 wasn't as spectacular as I wanted it to be, but I did lose 3 pounds. Anyway, things I need to improve:
- I need to cut down on my caffeine intake
- No more chips
- I need to cut down on the chocolate
- I would say that I need to cut down on the alcohol, but it's hard. Maybe stop buying wine when I'm just going home
- Eat more fruit for snacks
- Eat something besides bread
The things I think went well this week are:
- I ate a breakfast of porridge nearly every day. I think that made a huge difference, and I want to continue that this week
- I definitely thought about what I ate a lot more this week, and didn't buy biscuits or things that I would definitely go overboard in eating
- I did lots of walking to college, and up stairs and stuff, and I got up fairly early very day
