Sabatieni's Diary

DDR is such a good workout! Plus it's incredibly fun! You shouldn't feel dumb when you do it, I know it's hard to say cause I feel that way sometimes but hey, when you get really good at it, plus become thinner in the process, it's really impressive to people! Now I'm not the greatest, but I can do it on standard for most of the songs. Some of the easier songs I can do on heavy. My sis and I used to play together when I lived at home, and one day we went to Scandia (mini golf and arcade place) and we played DDR, well compared to anyone else doing it we were pros! We had this crowd around us, watching us, and then when we were done, they're all like omg! I was like :D:D:D lol. So hopefully one day I'll be able to do any song on heavy, but man, I'm no where close that yet!

I really hope you'll keep up the DDR, it is a good way to lose weight, that's how one of my friends started losing weight as well. Besides it's always fun to have someone do it with you!

Oh, and I want to congrats you on your recent weight loss, you'll reach 240 in no time!

ok....252.6, another pound lost.

BEWARE SLIGHTLY PERSONAL INFO....LOL

Now, I'm a bit concerned about something else. I've solved my eating dilemma, I've decided that when I eat, since I eat so little at a time now, I'm going to stop eating low fat low cal bread for sandwiches, and feel less shy about drinking milk more than once a day.

Anyway, I'm a bit concerned with the amount of times I'm visiting the bathroom. I drink about 1.5 gallons of water throughout the day, plus other drinks like a diet soda hear and there, a cup of tea or so, some milk, etc. Now, I understand that I would have to visit the loo several times after so much liquid...but once every hour and a half or so?

And its not like I feel the urge to go and then...nothing happens, no, when I feel the urge to go....its like niagra!!!

All that can't possibly be the stuff I'm drinking, can it? I'm stuck in a hard position, I supervise something like thirty people at one time, and to be off the floor that often is a bit problematic, but since I've started drinking all the water, I've felt fantastic and my skin looks awesome...

AHHHHHH......so.....where is all the bathroom time coming from?

1.5 gallons of water is a lot! Plus if you're having other drinks as well, no wonder you're going to the bathroom. Now it takes about an hour for the stuff you drink to get down to your bladder. So, if you're drinking often and a lot, then I would bet that's the reason for going every hour and half or so. So, I don't know what you would do in that situation, if you like the results that the water is giving you, then you'll just have to put up with the bathroom breaks, at least it only takes a min!

WE BOUGHT BIKES!!!!

I love biking, I used to do it all the time six years ago, I'm so excited!!! There is a really nice park with biking trails, it should be lovely to bike there!!

I think I'll cut back on the water unless I'm in for a heavy bike ride...maybe only a gallon a day, lol, which is still a lot.

I have a bike... in my parent's garage... lol. I only biked on it a like a max of 2-3 times last year. This summer I plan on biking with my bf. He used to bike a lot and not he's not as fit in biking as he used to be and he wants to get back into it... at least I think he does. But yeah, I'm sure he'd bike with me. :)

MMMM....brunch is a ham sandwich, low cal strawberry yogurt, a few cucumber chips, a handful of radishes, four large strawberries, and a small cup of coffee.

I want to start getting up early and riding my bike for an hour every morning. The only problem is that i have to be at work at nine thirty, and its too dark early in the morning to ride yet.....blah!!! and then Im so worn out after work. Ah well...I get it figured out.

I'll also be more likely to get out really early if I go to bed at a reasonable hour *ahem* like earlier than....two am?

LOL

Lifestyle changes have to happen slowly, I guess. I can't make too many changes all at once, or I won't stick with it. At least my change in how I eat has stuck!

I must say that going to bed early is a MUST when getting up early to exercise! Last night I was posting on here so late I didn't realize the time and when I finally looked I was like AHH!! So instead of going to the gym before work, I went afterwards.

I do agree with the whole being worn out after work thing. It's harder for me to go to the gym after work then before. You should try riding the bike in the morning, even if it is a bit dark. I think it would be nice that way, and it won't be too hot or anything. Just make sure you have reflectors on your bike!! Hehe.

Hey, you haven't posted in a few days! I hope everything is well with you and your eating and exercising!

Oh and just letting everyone know that I posted my before and now pics on my diary (page 5 and 6... just in case it changes by the time you read this). So if ya wanna check it out, please do!
