Ruthy: I will get into my wedding rings again!!

Well Tomorrow i start day one of my 'healthy eating, more exercise' regime so that i can loose 2-3st. I am not going to call it a diet, because i hate them, but a healthy eating (thinking about what is actually going into my body) plan. Had to cut myself out of my wedding rings today after being unable to get them off when they where cutting into my finger because i have put on so much weight!!

Start: 15st10lbs (I think, will weight myself in the morning!)

Fingers crossed!!
 
Welcome to WLF :) My goal was to lose 2-3stone as well and I'm well on my way and you can do it as well! Sorry about your wedding rings but what great motivation to shed some weight!!

Writing down everything you eat (with calories) can be very helpful as you can see where you are going wrong and get some feedback :)

Welcome and good luck!! Sometimes it takes something unfortunate to give us that kick-start we need to begin this weight-loss journey. Use that as motivation, and any extra you need you can find among these diaries. You can do this!!!

Day one has gone well, as said i'm not doing the calories counting just thinking about what i eat etc. Had a bowl of cornflakes for breakfast, some spicy soup for my lunch, and now i'm tucking into some roasted veg and peppered steak style quorn thingies! So far so good!!!
 
Hello! One of my non-scale goals is also to fit back into my wedding rings. I'm sorry you had to get them cut off. Hopefully when all is said and done, you'll even need to have them resized smaller than before. ;)
