Well Tomorrow i start day one of my 'healthy eating, more exercise' regime so that i can loose 2-3st. I am not going to call it a diet, because i hate them, but a healthy eating (thinking about what is actually going into my body) plan. Had to cut myself out of my wedding rings today after being unable to get them off when they where cutting into my finger because i have put on so much weight!!
Start: 15st10lbs (I think, will weight myself in the morning!)
