Ok.
Iwas running onmy treadmill.
When i started hearing clicking noises in the engine/motor or watever that makes the treadmill go.

As my speed increased, the clicking noise got louder and faster.

I think there's something in there. How do I fix it??
 
Or you could have a look under the cover and see if there is a sock caught around the roller that makes a clicking noise
