I was just wondering what all of your thoughts were on wearing a windbreaker or some other form of jacket when running or biking (Or any cardio really) in order to sweat more? I realize there is a need to hydrate yourself very well when doing it and keep yourself from overheating. I ask because I've noticed that my body doesn't really produce much sweat when I'm doing cardio, I have to be extremely hot or do the cardio for at least 30min. before I really start having any show up. So I've been considering wearing a light jacket when I do my cardio.
