routine

time to change my routine up a little.

what do you guys think?

monday. chest back
bench press 4x8
incline bench 3x8
dead lift 3x10
chin up 3x8
bent over row 3x8

wednesday. shoulders biceps
shoulder press 3x8
upright rows 3x8
laterial raises 3x8
shrugs 3x15
hammer curls 3x8
barbell curls 2x8

friday. legs triceps
squats 3x10
lunges 3x8
calf raises 3x15
close grip bench 3x8
over head tri 3x8
 
It looks pretty good. I might do a 5X8 setup and super set opposing muscle groups (chest/back). I might move the incline bench to incline db. I'd lower the reps on the shrugs and add a 3 second pause at the top portion. I'd use the lateral raises as rear lateral raises. And lastly I'd add one more leg movement.

But overall, it looks good.

thats my routine, i do it 4X8, sunday and monday are off days
