Routine.

Anything I should add/remove from my routine before I start up again next Monday? Here it is now.

Monday:
Squats – 4 x 6
Lunges – 3 x 8
Romanian Deadlift – 4 x 6
Calf Raises – 4 x 6
Sleds – appropriate amount

Wednesday:
Dumbbell Fly – 3 x 8
Bench Press - 4 x 6
Military Press – 4 x 6
Lateral Raises – 3 x 8
Close-Grip Bench Press – 4 x 6


Friday:
Deadlift – 4 x 6
Cable Rows – 3 x 8
Pull Ups/Chin Up – 3 x one short of failure
Lat Pull-downs – 3 x 8
Barbell Curl – 3 x 8


Abs:
25 reverse crunches
25 lower crunches
3 x 10 weighed



You may ask why I have Deadlifts on Fridays as compared to Mondays. I feel that to stimulate the GH in the body, you should use the three compound exercises that puts strain on the most muscles: Squats, Bench Press, and Deadlifts.
