Snack: Snacks to eat after 2 hours are fruits(Apple, Banana)

Dinner: Chicken breast, brown rice, a little cottage cheese and brocolii and milk. Piece of fruit afterward.
Some i will eat tuna again for dinner on whole wheat bread n stuff.

I also eat natural peanut butter.

I try to eat something every three hours.

I am 5'3 and weight about 126 right now. My goal is to lean up, i dont know my bf% yet but i can see my abs right below my chest on the sides but then i have a tommy so they dont show up completly LOL. I wanna lose my tummy.

My workout routine is like this. I goto gym 3 days a week.I run for about 20-30 minutes(HITT/Regular run) and then Do a fully body workout. I Do chest, arms, back.

I am a college student and doing my best here haha. What do u guys think i should be doing. I would realy appreciate all the inputs.

Thanks a lot!!!!!

More on your lifting routine is needed...
you should be doing squats, deads and benches...complex lifts.

Diet looks allright, add protein to your snacks, and add some more veggies. I would say add some yogurt or cottage cheese to your fruit with your snacks.

i see 4 meals listed...you eat every 3 hours? so, that covers 12 hours of the day...what about the other 4-5 hours you're awake?

not enough protein IMO.

ok so here is what 1 day looks like.

Wake up at 10:00
Breakfast as listed, kashi go lean, eggs, or oatmeal

lunch 1:00 PM, tuna sandwitch n stuff

4:00: snack, maybe a couple of fruit, peanut butter(2 spoons), whole wheat bread

7:00: another sandwitch maybe, most probably tuna again or chicken and eat some cottage cheese
OR chikcne with brown rice, veggies, and cottage cheese

10:00: Eat peanut butter(2 spoons), or milk. goto sleep at around 1:00 AM

I see so u think there is not enough protein. What can i alter here so that i can get enough protein? Should i increase the amount of peanut butter?

Thanks a lot guys!!!
