routine..

im 6' 170 lbs ive been working out for about a year but really got into it about 3 months ago..im trying gain about 10 lbs of muscle before august..is this possible? this is what im doing now..

monday.. chest biceps
push ups 1x70 (warm up)
bench press 3x10
incline bench press 3x10
pull ups 3x10
barbell curls 3x12

wednesday..shoulders tri's
over head press 3x12
seated laterial raise 3x12
upright row 3x12
shrugs 3x20(i dont have enough weight to do only 8-12 reps on)
close grip bench 3x12
skull crushers 3x12
kick backs 3x12

friday..legs back
squats 3x12
dead lifts 3x12
calf raises 3x25
pull ups 3x12
bent over row 3x12
 
Your program looks pretty solid. Are you doing chins or pull ups on the biceps day since I see you have pull ups for your back day. I would throw out the kickbacks and change the incline bb press to an incline db press.
