Routine

JP or any other trainer, could you give me an exact workout routine. I'm looking to lift about 4 days a week. I wanna get a ripped muscular look. Im about 5'9'' 170 now. thanks
 
You are going to have to do some research yourself. Look at a few workouts and see what may fit you. You'll probably have to put together different workout methods to find a schedule that works best for you. After you decide what you are going to go with, post here and well take a look and see what can be done to improve it.
 
Day1-Squats, calf raises, dumbell split squats, barbell rollouts,
day2-one arm dumbell push press, chinups, dumbell cuban press, dips, dumbell pullover press, lower-trap raises
day3-snatch grip deadlifts, good mornings, walking lunge, side bends, plank
day4-incline dumbell press, bentover row, dumbell cleans, close grip bench, standing reverse curls

This is what ive been doing lately, a mens fitness workout. I also wanna add in hitt. What days and how much??
 
I do about 4 sets of 8-12 for each excercise, with a 60-90 second break. Also the days i workout are monday, tuesday, wed, and friday
