day2-one arm dumbell push press, chinups, dumbell cuban press, dips, dumbell pullover press, lower-trap raises
day3-snatch grip deadlifts, good mornings, walking lunge, side bends, plank
day4-incline dumbell press, bentover row, dumbell cleans, close grip bench, standing reverse curls
