Routine/Diet plan

For breakfast: bowl of cereal
Lunch at school ill have a turkey or ham sandwich with milk and a bottle of water sometime during
When I get home (depending on what i ate the day before) bagels, PB&J, can of tuna w/ mayo or egg w/turkey omelet and a piece of fruit
Workout
3x15 Deadlift
1x12,1x10,1x8 Benchpress
1x15,2nd and 3rd set usually til failure(roughly 10-12)
3x10-15 Military press
3xFailure barbell curl
Afterwards a yogurt
Dinner is usually pasta or some sort of meat or whatever my parents cook
Oatmeal or maybe a can of soup on occasion as a snack somewhere after dinner.

Personal opinions, suggestions, or tips are appreciated if anyone has any input.
 
Increase your water intake change your workout round a little bring your reps down to 12 min for each exercise, More compounds less volume.
 
Well I would throw some squats in that routine that is for sure.

For diet I would like to see more detail but for a simple reference keep the protein and carbs higher and the good fats a little lower during a bulking phase.
