So I've been working with my PT for about four months now and I just wanted to get your opinions on my recent workouts. I do a full body workout three times a week, with cardio on the off days.
Core:
Swiss ball crunches with a medicine ball (x3)
Supermans (x3)
(one of each x3 - superset)
Chest - dumbbell chest press/incline press/bench press
Back - assisted chin-ups/lat pull downs/dumbbell rows
Legs - weighted lunges/weighted squats
(one of each x3 - superset)
Shoulders - scaptions/shoulder press
Biceps - dumbbell curl/hammer curl/cable curl/incline curl
Triceps - skullcrushers/lying tricep extension/cable tricep extension
