Routein comment

sup everyone
allright know i've been going over this routein for a few weeks working on it to get it right. Now i wanted to see what other people think of it good or not or what to fix comment it please
Sunday
Middle Back:
1.Bent over barbell row
2.Incline Bench Pull
Lower Back
1.Stifflegged Barbell Good-Mornings
2.Stifflegged Barbell Deadlifts
Traps
1.Dumbbell Shrug

Monday:
Biceps:
1.Alternate Incline Dumbbell Curl
Shoulders:
1.Barbell Incline Shoulder Press
2. Bent Over Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise With Head On Bench
Wednesday:
Chest:
1.Medium Grip Bench Press
2.Push Ups
Triceps:
1.Close Grip Bench Press
2.Tricep Dumbbell Kickback
3.Bench Dips

Friday:
Quads:
1.Barbell Full Squat
2.leg Curls
3.Barbell Squat To A Bench
Hamstrings:
1.Dumbbell Lunges
 
Good-Mornings are risky... if you're determined to do them, then start light, always use good form, & add resistance slowly as back strengthens. And one low-back exercise in a workout should do (else you may find yourself moving quite slow & stiff later).

You're training biceps & triceps some on Monday, but then only triceps without any biceps on Wednesday -- you may be under-training your biceps (or over-training your triceps, relatively speaking).
