So unfortunately I gained back alot of the weight I had lost. Over the last year or so I pretty much stopped going to the gym and most of the time I have been eating whatever I can get my hands on. Self Control has always been an issue with me.

About 2.5yrs ago i was around 330 lbs. August of 2009 I had gotten down to 238 lbs. Then the downward spiral began. Now I am back up 290 lbs.
 
Well.... you probably already know we weigh about the same, so.... I'll be keeping a friendly eye on you.
What is your plan to lose weight?

Yeah I noticed that the other day. How tall are you? As you can see all my weight is upper body.

My plan is to have a little self control when it comes to my eating and to get back into the gym. I play full court basketball at least once a week as well. We usually play for 2-3hrs.

The first time I lost the weight I found what works for me. Cardio, Cardio and more Cardio.
 
Another 'around the same weight' guy checking in to your thread :p Good luck with your renewed effort man, at least you know you're capable of it!
