Round 2 and ready to kick arse!

Okay, so today hasn't been awesome foodwise. I made the mistake of eating maccas. Even though I have it 3 hrs before training I was feeling crap when I was at boot camp. Seriously, never again (well, maybe maccas breakfast occassionaly >.<). Must remember to eat lightly before training.

Jack3d helps. Caffeine and creatine ftw! Takes longer to kick in for me so I'm still playing around with how long before training I take it. 45 mins still seems not to be enough, or maybe it was cause I was feeling shit from the maccas. I'll try it at 50 mins ahead next time.

Foodage:
Arab hard biscuit thing: 150
Pumpkin soup: 220
Maccas: 1300
Protein shake with some light milk: 200
Soft drink: 170

So not bad considering. At least boot camp would have helped to offset some of that lol.
 
you do know that the Jack3d will play havoc with your weight loss, If your just after the caffeine kick then it is cheaper and more effective to pop a no doz or few (I can look up performance enhancing levels based on weight if you need it).

The effect of creatine is to promote fluid retention for increased supplies of ATP which is pointless for a bootcamp style workout as it works best on a calorie surplus and helps most with max strength style exercise in short bursts not the longer endurance stuff in a bootcamp. Many of the other chemicals are also not good for you.

PS. the lag time on caffeine for performance is 1 hour and the increased fat burn lasts 15 minutes.
 
Thought I could eat maccas breakkie without feeling shit, wrong lol. I guess no more heavy fast food for me! Oh well, it was an interesting experiment.

I'll be eating healthy from now onwards I guess. It's too yuck on my body not to. I end up taking too many bathroom trips lol. At least it will aid me in removing those bumps off my hips! Yay!

Also, I'm only going to weigh myself every month. When I exercise I feel myself getting trimmer but the scales don't really go down weekly and it gets depressing. So I'm going to try every month or fortnight if I can't wait that long.

My next goal is to fit into a size 10 dress by beginning of august. even if my arse is a 12 by that point I think it will still work cause the dress goes out at the waist and I'm pear shaped. First week august is going to be mine and the bf's unnofficial wedding, or commitment ceremony. If I'm on track at the end of June then I'll reserve a date for it. It's just going to be a small thing in a park with our close friends and then dinner somewhere :)

Also an update on the tattoos. I'm going to get sakura outlines done on my outer left thigh once my legs are trimmer. At this stage, due to the placement, they probably won't be white, rather a light pink or light red.


Time to start my 4000word essay which is due tomorrow! I have to get a decent amount done tonight before I leave for the rave! I don't know why I keep doing this to myself *headdesk*

Ahh I see, wise words of wisdom. Thanks :) Yeah, the boot camp is a mix of cardio and resistance exercises not exactly max strength exercises. Next session I won't have any and will see if the increased performance was all in my head lol.

I'll be needing no doz tonight cause I'm chucking an allnighter and need to be alert and awake tomorrow to study. woooooo.... not :)
 
Hello My Dear Beautiful Wonder Diary,


Long time no see. Since I lost 10kgs I've been putting it back on without realising. Had some real emotional eating issues. I was using food as a way to run away from things.


I finally realised how fat I'd gotten. So I've take one look at the scales and it said 87kgs. Won't look at them again for a while.


I've started today already. I love Mondays for that reason. Feels like I can start over. Now I just have to be good for the whole week :)


Summer is coming up and I want to be ready and have an amazing body by my birthday - 10th Dec. I just can't falter. It's something I have to consistently work on and not give up if something goes wrong.


So here we go again. Using fitnesspal to keep track of my food and exercise so it makes it easier. I have bootcamp 3 days a week which I WILL try my hardest to make and not find excuses to not go. Also I have a voucher for yoga for 3 months not far from my workplace so I can head there in the mornings before work and catch a session after when I want. Meditation class sounds really good. I want to focus more.


I can't promise I will post everyday, but I will post every week at least.

It's the second day. It's hard but I'm trying.


I'm procrastinating. Usually I'd procrastinate with food. I'm just trying to think of the end-goal.


I shouldn't be procrastinating. My essay is already 2 days late and I lose 5% a day. I just can't find the motivation. Ungh. I have to get it done soon though. I don't want to lose too much more. I'm just being stupid though. Is there anyway to fix that?


Oh well. Time to get my butt into gear before I have to give my boyfriends laptop back... tomorrow morning :flame:

I have a goal! Stereosonic which is also mine and Alex's fake wedding day! Going to be so much fun.


It's November 26th. I'm excited but scared as well. I've started today and let's see how far I can push myself. I want to push my body to it's limits, to see what it can do. I want to be able to do everything. I want to look in the mirror and to make myself proud. It will happen this year. I know it.
