Round 2 and ready to kick arse!

So I was on here before... did quite well and went from 87kgs down to 77kgs and then I went overseas and came back to uni exams and then birthday and partying and I was too embarrassed to come back knowing I put a lot of that weight back on cause I was stupid and knowingly ate like a pig cause it was easier.

I don't even enjoy shit food... I just eat it cause I can and it's easier. Ungh... so pathetic! I was meant to have an awesome body by summer but I screwed myself over so I've finally pushed myself to come back and give it another go. Healthy eating healthy mind healthy habits healthy life.

I'm using this week as a transition week to get this started before I structure myself next week! I think I'm around 82kgs right now but I'm doing an official weigh in on Friday.

Plan of action is to be strict during the week and NOT to pig out on the weekend but to make allowances for birthdays and events. I'll make healthy choices :)

Aim: 70kgs then we'll see where we go from there
First major goal: to get to at least 75kgs by April 15th (ideally lower). I want to be really body confident for my graduation ceremony and ASOT500!


It's time to turn over a leaf. And start a new diary and ticker and such! So excited! Getting my life back on track in 2011!

So I slept at 11.45 last night and put my alarm for 6.45 this morning. It woke me up... but I went back to sleep straight away -_-;; So tonight I'm aiming to sleep earlier!
Also! Need to get a new shaker, dad broke my old one :(

I'm absolutely covered in dust today! I've been cleaning out the storeroom at work and the amount of shit in there is ridiculous! I almost regret offering to do it hehehe. But it's been a good work out so far, a lot of walking to and fro as I bring everything outside and carrying weights in the form of massive filing stacks. My feet are tired and my ankle was playing up a bit earlier but I feel good. I'm going to finish sorting out my room this week, then the whole house too!

Still not making the most awesome food choices at all but I have a few days to go before next week and I'm working on it. I need to get up earlier and have more stuff prepared to take with me to work.

Will remain positive!

Also, my boyfriend Alex started his new job today! I hope all goes well. So glad he got it even though it's just casual work he can do while he has uni. Things were getting a bit depressing for him when he was only working one day a week the past six months and I was paying for most things we were doing together. But he feels much better and more confident already. Yay!

Anyway, back to the storeroom for the last hour of work today~~~

I know the feeling of putting the weight back on....i did the same....only with 45kg.....i m an idiot...and kicking myself...but i m losing it again....managed 25kg so far...well i think i learnt my lesson...so i ll take better care of myself 2nd time.

It's sucks when you go backwards doesn't it? But it's cool, and we all bounce back eventually :D Congrats on losing the 25kg though! That's no mean feat!

So I slept earlier last night, say 10.45pm, and my body woke me up at 6am! Before my alarm too! But I was lazy and didn't get up till 8am. That's okay. One step at a time right? I feel so rested even though I woke up a few times during the night.

Had to go to my aunt's yesterday so I didn't get as much cleaning done as I wanted but I don't think I have anything on tonight. I've been good so far today, just had some cereal and cheese and now I'm have some lychees! Yum yum! Have some home-made tatziki (sp?) in the fridge which is for lunch and I'm hoping the garlic in it doesn't destroy me heheheee. I'm going to start calorie counting next week so yay!
 
So I have my fancy new shaker that my brother now wants. Hehehe... I think I will get another smaller one too, that way we can interchange and he'll be happy.

Slept early and woke up early. Still didn't get out of bed till after but it was earlier this time! I was doing well till I had some pastries from the baker but hey, this is my 'getting it together week' and I lost a tiny bit of weight even though I didn't expect to. We shall see what happens after the weekend. I don't have work this weekend so I'm feeling happier! It'll give me time to organise and clean.

Got some meal replacement shakes yesterday that I'm keeping at work For when I don't bring in lunch. Tried one today. Tasted nice. Think I can use them and some snacks to get me through work. That balanced with cereal and a healthy dinner and fruit/veggie snacks will get me through the week. Will have some carrots pre-cut to take with me each day too :D

So, had a crazy weekend but tried not to over eat or go too crazy. Can't say the same for the alcohol though hehehe...

Today is the first official day where I commit to this 100%. I'll be using this as a food and exercise diary as well as something to keep me sane. I'll prolly edit the same post a few times to update food throughout the day =) Slept late yesterday so I didn't wake up early to exercise cause I also had to be into work early. BUT I will when I get home :D

GAh... .been so busy at work and Australia day was yesterday =D

I was good on tuesday but I was lenient when I ate polish food for dinner... dumplings and duck yum yum!

Also, we had a bbq for Australia Day yesterday.. so I only had one meal... but it went over 5 hours lol. I'm gonna give my tummy a couple days to stabilise :)

But I'm feeling good anyway! I've been stocktaking at work which counts as my exercise and I was in the pool most of yesterday. Can't wait to get rid of those bumps on my hips! It's so annoying to try and flatten them!

Hit a snag yesterday, was doing well untill I got stressed at night an made a nutella and peanut butter sandwich... then ate a chunk of cheese T-T

Jeez I'm dumb. I won't see my weight go down at this rate! And I feel a bit bloated cause of it :(

It's okay, slip-ups come with this territory. I just have to pick myself up and continue!

Ungh... guess who got sunburnt yesterday? Me! Most of my body is red and ouchy. I could barely sleep let alone exercise. I'm hoping I can get some in when I get back this evening.

Made some unhealthy choices over the weekend which I hope to remedy this week.

It is soooo hot today! Sweltering here. It's worse cause my skin is still hot and red :( But it's okay, it's slowly getting better :) I can't suck my tummy in lately either so it's like a pillow at the moment lol. Soon my friend! Soon I won't have to hold you in at all! Muahahahaaaa!

This diet cordial is awesome! makes water so much easier to drink too! I'm definitely buying more of it this week! The stirfry didn't turn out so nice so I don't think I'll make it again this arvo. Watched black swan and took my own snacks and drink into the theatre :D Makes things much easier. I'm able to resist popcorn quite well hehehe!

So I've put some diet cordial into my water today. Makes it so much nicer than plain water ^^ My skin still hurts but it's a lot better. I think 1 or 2 more days and it'll be fine. Sleeping is still a pain though.

Didn't get a chance to blog my foodage yesterday so adding it with todays post. Also preposting some food cause I have it already weighed and prepared, just have to eat it =D Don't know what I'm doing for dinner though. I might relax for dinner tonight. I have a birthday party tomorrow night. I'm going to be careful during the day but eat normally during the night and be back to dieting by Sunday night/Monday.
