rough spinrg break weekend..

well i left for toronto on wednsday last week and on the ride there i ate alot, way too much i'd say and knewi shouldn't of eating all that but i thought it's just a 3 day thing won't eat alot...turns out there was mass amount of alcohol and i consumes atleast 70oz on liqour in those 3 days alogn with other random things...the days i was sober thouh i would order grilled chicken instead of beef and stuff...i'm jsut wonder if liqour has a huge impact on the weight of your body because i left with a flat stoamch and now it bulges and my gross fatpack it back...i know i'll burn it off in a week or 2 cuz thats just how my body is but just wondering..
 
If I were you I'd just forget about it...it's past, you can't do anything about it now, just quit feeling guilty and move on, not making the same mistake this week.
Alcohol does have calories and can make you gain. I'm not quite sure the specifics though (I've never drunken...drank?...whatever...so I never found out)
It takes 3500 calories to make you gain 1 lb of fat. I doubt you ate/drank enough to make a huge difference. Just get back up and get on with life and your workouts; we all fall off track sometimes! No big deal.
 
Forget it and move on. But also get back to your regular routine and eating habits. Also drink LOTS of water. I am sure you are retaining quite a bit.
