I can give you a bunch:

Internal/external rotation (side lying with DB)
Cuban Press (with band)
Y, T, W, L
Push-Up Plus
Scaption
Overhead Presses
Dolphins
Waterbury Crucifix

Chances are you probably never heard of half of these. They are unconventinal but they work! Check out my website and click on the video preview. I perform about 3-4 of these.
 
PNF Patterns D1 & D2, External/Internal Rotation (w/ arm down to side or up at 90 degrees), Scaptation, etc...

*NOTE* These exercises need to be performed w/ weight UNDER 5 pounds, 2 Sets @ 20-25 Reps... (Average deltiod takes over after 5 pounds)
