Hey hun thanks for dropping in on me. Im pretty busy until after Christmas (my mum comes today) so I will try to keep in touch as much as I can. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas.

Hey mate just starting to get back in the swing of things again today. How have you been going with everything? I had a read of my old diary and I sure do miss a lot of the girls from there. It’s hard to keep up but we will get there. Today is day 4 I think off smokes and I still haven’t killed anyone yet lol. I will pop into your diary and see what you’re up to.

Breakfast

3 coffees
2 slices toast
Tomato

Snack
1 banana
1 coffee
750 ml water
 
lol Hun I limit myself to 6 a day ...have to wake up somehow and I don’t have sugar anymore. Im doing well I use to drink over 20 a day with sugar at one time. Thanks for the cheering on giving up the smokes.

Lunch
2 slices toast (no marg) 2
Tin stew 5
 
I am sooooo proud of you hun!! You have no idea what you've saved yourself from. I used to work in a nursing home for 5 yrs, I've seen all too well what the effects of smoking can do to ya.

DINNER 6 ½ points
2 slices wholegrain bread 2
Shaved chicken 4
Mustard and tomato sauce
No margarine
½ bananas ½

750 ml bottle water.
The chicken was so many points because it’s yummy and I just ate it by its self as well.

Exercise
I went swimming for ½ hour and my legs are feeling it today.

Snack
4 pre mix Bacardi

Breakfast today

2 eggs lightly beaten (3)
½ med tomatos (0)
1tbs water (0)
1 tbs chopped fresh herbs (0)
2 slices whole meal bread (2)

Yummmmm
