Sounds like a plan to me Miss Scarlett.:D Sorry I haven’t got any numbers for you today but I have been doing lots of walking I promise. I have just forgot to put my pedometer on, I do no that I have walked at least
8 ks :eek: today. I walked for 2 ½ hours with my friend and I got my treadmill today so I have been testing it out as well. I have just been called into work :mad: so I will try and catch up with you guys tomorrow.
 
Sounds like you are walking your butt off!!! That's great. Keep it up and we can high five when we pass each other :D
 
Ah I wondered if there was anyone else on here that loved walking as much as I do, I hope there are somenice places to go walking where you are!

I also hope you're enjoying your weekend and getting some nice summer weather, I love this time of year so forgive me for telling you all that I hope you're enjoying it as much as I do.:eek:

rosered, I have to confess I took a break from the treadmill yesterday. But I got five sessions in last week. I think I got almost 20 miles in last week. I know I burned a total of 2,035 calories.

And back on today....I've got some really good DVDs this week to watch so it should keep walking for miles and miles and miles!!! Or else you might have to give me a swift kick in the pants!!!
 
I walked ½ an hour yesterday and so far 15 min today… I got a phone call.. but I will get on again after work. I do love my treadmill so far. 20 miles you will be way past me hun lol. I think you’re the one who needs to be kicking my pants mate.

Well you all put me to shame with your walking. One day I'll get around to that. Where do you fish, river or sea? Hope you catch something. Good for the ol' diet.:)
 
Did you say fishing? What a woman!!! My husband would probably divorce me for you!!! LOL!!! I echo L-Jay's question...interested to know what you are fishing for?

On another note, there is a challenge starting Monday, participants divided into teams, at the end of the two weeks whichever team loses the most weight collectively wins. Very low pressure but sounds like a lot of fun. We'd love to have you...here's the link....

Just checking in to see how things are going. Do you fly fish? I was just wondering because when we go fishing we usually sit in the boat eat snacks drink beers and cast. We don't get a whole lot of exercise. Well I guess when we are catching a lot you burn a little when reeling in the big ones. I was just wondering.

Hey girls im just dropping in to let you no im ok. Im still fighting the same fight to get under 100kg or 200 pounds. I hope everyone is doing wonderful and losing.
Wow fishing I love it, I have never been fly fishing but I would love to give it a go. Scarlett we usually catch brim, we don’t go fishing for anything in particular we just hope to catch something besides a passing boat lol. I use to take the esky full of beer but I hardly even drink anymore…it can be a bit depressing if I think about it to much lol.
Miss Laura thanks for the congrats it’s nice to have a cheer squad. I haven’t moved with my weight yet I keep going up and down on the same couple of numbers (so frustrating) I think im going to have to exercise everyday for an hour a day and stick to the diet like glue to make it shift. I don’t know if I have the dedication to tell you the truth love. Anyway I hope you are doing wonderfully.
 
It can get frustrating when those scales get stuck. But all of a sudden they drop and you know way before that happens some more weight has come off. I think they find it hard to keep up. Someone needs to invent some fast scales. Lol. I know mine definitely have that problem. But you will be under that 100kg mark before too long and you will be so so so happy.
 
Hey LJ thanks for dropping in on me love. So far I have had a wonderful week ive stuck to my diet almost to the letter (a couple of things I didn’t like and I substituted them) I have been exercising and doing all the right things. I can’t believe im going to say this but im looking forward to getting on the scales this week. You no even if I don’t loose a lot this week it has been worth sticking to the diet because I feel more in control and that can only be a good thing lol. I will drop in on Wednesday and let you no how I go with the weigh in.

Keep making those mistakes over and over:rolleyes: But I so appreciate the support I get from you and everyone else here. Hope next week is another fantastic one for you. sI think you're on a roll now. Hopefully I will be soon as well.
 
Sounds like you are doing incredible. I know how hard it is to stick to a diet and change your behaviors...I struggle daily...so how amazing to have a whole week of staying on track! Congrats!
