Hey girl’s thanks for stopping in, the kids had a wonderful day at the zoo. They auctioned off an outfit that Steve had worn and it went for $1,200, I couldn’t believe it. Some people are mad I tell ya. Hey sillygirl I no I should have breakfast but I have been getting up around 10.30 and waiting until lunch to eat but your right I will start having breakfast again no matter what time I get up. We walked all day so I guess that’s good exercise for the day but the food was shocking, everything there was fatty. I had a sausage roll for breakfast and didn’t eat anything else for the day because they had no healthy choices there. We stopped at a garage on the way home and we had KFC I had a chicken fillet burger and a coffee. It was a bad day I no…. anyway …..

Its so hard when there are no good food choices available. We just have to do the best we can. The main thing is you had a great day. Now its back on the wagon.
Which I'm sure you are.

I'm assuming you were talking about Steve Irwin the crazy Crocodile hunter. Gotta love the guy. He is so passionate about his work.

Glad to her your back on track. I find that can sometimes be the hardest thing to do. Finding the strength to get back on track.
 
Hey jen yep yep Steve Irwin, he’s a good bloke but I wouldn’t pay twelve hundred dollars for something they say he’s worn. Lol more money then cents the silly buggers. Let’s do an exercise of some sort together hun anything you want except yoga. Then lets do it for one week, I need the boost from someone mate… let me no.

Hi Rose, sounds like you're doing well this week. You are an inspiration to me since I need to get back on the wagon. Thanks for the motivation. And I promise I'll get back on that treadmill soon!!!!
 
Okay, rose....I'm two days in a row back on my treadmill. I just keep chanting to myself "rose will kick my butt, rose will kick my butt"!! LOL

Feel that guilt...Our Poor Scarlett is doing all that treadmill and you're the one to blame!

If you don't get movin', I'm not sure how you'll live with the guilt!
