Well im on the band wagon of starting a new diary, I totally needed a new start. This year has been really good so far as I gave up smoking and started a new job, the family is great and we are looking into buying a house at the end of this year or the beginning of next year. Now I need to get myself organized and back into a routine and back on track to loose weight. My first goal will be to loose 10 pounds… that’s it nothing drastic except I want to loose it this month.
I started off at
123.3 kgs = 271.8 pounds :eek:
Im now
103.4 kgs = 227.9 pounds:D
Total loss of
20 kgs = 43.9 pounds.:cool:

It looks great but it has taken me far to long to loose it and it’s really time to step up.

Good news is I have gone from a size 26 + to an 18, so im pretty happy about that. I am looking forward to the next step in my journey and im excited about getting it all started. I will be posting what I eat what im feeling what I am doing even if its housework. Looking forward to sharing the next month with everyone, I hope it’s successful for everyone.
 
you should be SOOOO proud of yourself! Look at what you have accomplished so far!

Here's to a fresh start and new energy, new goals, and a new outlook.

Wow you have made so many positive changes...good on you! A fresh start is such a great idea, I have no doubt you will achieve your goals!:D
 
You've already come so far Rosered! Good for you!! ANd may I say Congrats on quiting smoking!! Excellent job! My hubby quit - ummmm we're on the 6th time now :rolleyes:

What an exciting day, it’s the first day of winter here and it looks like its going to be a cold one. We have the electric blankets on the beds (and we are using them).
Food for the day

Breakfast
2 slices toast 2 points
With baked beans 1 ½ points
3 coffees 1 point (no skim milk)

Snack 2 home made biscuits

Lunch Sandwich (meat and mustard)

Snack 2 pieces of home made coconut slice

Dinner Beef with chili and coriander dumplings

Snack Orange, mandarin, pear, and I think I had a space food stick. Not all at night but through out the day.

Exercise something like 7000 steps

Lol BizeB it wasn’t easy to give it away and I do still crave it from time to time so I no how he feels.

Hi Red!!! I'm soo proud of you! I know we were supposed to quit smoking together, and you succeeded. The best I can say is that I've cut back from a pack a day to about 1/2 a pack. I didn't realize til now that you had lost so much too. Amazing job. I've gained back about 1/2 of what I lost, so now I'm starting over. I'm also planning ot try the idea of excercising whenever I feel the need for one of these nasty coffin nails!!!
 
Whoa you're doing really great and stepping up will certainly help you loose some weight a bit faster. I've recently tried the same and had good results so far! Keep up the good work and we'll need to see some before and after piccies too!
 
Hey guys I no I haven’t been on much over the last 2 days but I have been working, I have got called in early again tonight as well so I thought I had better drop a quick line and let you no I haven’t left again. I have to admit though I haven’t been good (that time) and no matter what I do I crave food like there is no tomorrow … I will fill in the gory details tonight or first thing in the morning. Thanks for checking up on me girls.
 
Mornin' Miss Rosie :D Busy sucks, yes indeed, but I have to say I sometimes keep it that way on purpose.... it keeps me from over snacking :eek: What I find helps me keep snack attacks away when I can't keep busy enough, is watching my sugar and white flour/ white carb intake while eating a little extra protein (by way of shake or a lean option)......

Congratulations on quiting smoking AND losing weight at the same time. That is an amazing accomplishment!!!

Wow I just checked and you've lost a total of 43.9 lbs (yea i'm canadian and don't get the whole kg thing) lol. Great job that's freakin amazing!

Hope you have a relatively stress free weekend, and enjoy yourself.

Oh April good luck hun I no it’s hard, I couldn’t have done it with out the hypnotist and I still feel like one from time to time. Getting down to ½ a pkt a day on your own is terrific. If you need a kick in the bum to throw the rest away hun im here for you. This is going to be a good month mate we are going to shed 10 pounds and keep it off. I no I haven’t had a great start to the month but I will be fine after today. We can do it mate you wait and see.

Hey crunchie I don’t know about the photos …we will see, but congrats on stepping it up hun I have been reading your diary and you look to be doing terrific.

Amomono I have filled out the rest of my diary … shocking ay. Past it and on with the rest of the month, which will be stupendous lol.

Hey newbride it’s good to be busy love just shitty to be so unorganized. I will get better as the weeks go on.

Good morning BizeB, yes hun busy is good, sure hasn’t stopped me from munching though lol. When it’s that time of the month nothing can keep me away from sugar love…nothing lol.

Day 2 food was not as bad but similar and today I will be back to normal I hope.
