Way to go on your loss this week! Woo hoo!!! And hey, no shame on the exercise. Every little bit you do makes you that much stronger the next time you step up. No shame at all! :)
 
Don't worry about the exercise before you know it your stamina will be great, as twinmom said every little bit is going to make you stronger. Keep up the good work!!

Hi rosered, you have had a good weight loss - WOO HOO!!!! I am still feeling very positive in spite of being flat out with several different issues in the last couple of days, but I am choosing to have a healthy frame of mind about it all. So I am still headed in the right direction. Keep up the good work. I can relate to the excercise issue - just the word itself scares me.:eek: :)
 
Spelin plugging away day by day is the only way hun and I no we will get there.:)

HH he has his moments, if I show any sign of weakness im doomed and he’s at KFC getting me my next meal. My own fault though because I taught him to be that way.:(

Twinmom thanks for stopping by and saying hello. I do feel very disappointed in myself with the exercise because 2 months ago I could have been on that bike for an hour and not thought anything of it but I stopped exercising and now I have to start from scratch and get myself moving all over again. I just want to kick myself for ever stopping in the first place…lesson learned.:rolleyes:

Yesterday
Breakfast
2 slices toast / bbq sauce

Lunch
Bacon, egg and 2 slices of toast
1 orange
4 cruskits with low fat cheese

Dinner
Small bit of steak and a small amount of pasta.
I was to buggerd to eat, big night at work last night.

Hi rose, thanks for stopping by my diary again, sorry to hear you're having to start over re exercise. However I had to do the same when I got back from uni last year and now I can do much more than I ever could! Hopefully it won't be long before you're back into the swing of things!:)
 
You will build that stamina back up in no time!!! No worries!!! I'm saying this to you partly to convince myself of the same thing!! LOL!!!

I'm getting ready to go on vacation for a week and it will be the first week with no treadmill since April. I've built up my endurance and speed and I'm afraid one week off will start me back at the beginning.

When I return maybe we can build our stamina back up together!!!

I know what you mean about the stamina. I used to do 5 miles in exercise walking in addition to everything else in a day; now, just one mile wears me out. We'll get there, though. Hang in and get STRONG!
 
Thanks for your offer of help. Having your interest in how I'm going and your support, gives me the boost I need. The support I get here is right up there with my family & close friends. Things are only bad if I dwell on them. I have my life to focus on, and just need to be careful about what I let my mind dwell on. Its tricky because it involves others and I cant divulge, but that is the point. It is the problem of others, and I have to not let it stop me doing what I need to do. That I think is where a male brain is very different from a females. They arent so encumbered with emotional logic like we are. But I'm feeling much better now.
I know you will be back in fine form where exercise is concerned before you know it. Fitness is something which improves quite rapidly. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Ahem ... don't skip breakfast!!! You know how it gets that metabolism going.

But you ae doing great. You'll be surprised at how fast the stamina will come back. Always easier to regain the fitness than to start from scratch the first time. So keep going - you know what you're capable of! Pat yourself on the back for moving forward, girl!
