I agree most of the time DR's can be dick heads for sure!i think ww is a good program. just watch the types of fats your eating.hmmm dunno why hed tell you to get off it. my mom had issues w/ weight and cholesterol and the dr recomended that she go back to ww. funny, well i hope all gets better for you soon :)
 
I'm glad you were able to make a final decision for yourself, and a good one at that. You're really doing a good job, and you know I mean it.
 
Yep I don’t understand him at all. It had me confused for a while and depressed but im over it now. The only thing I have changed is I don’t have eggs if I can help it. Thanks for the support girls it really dose help.

Glad to hear it :) .....hmmm for the eggs do you have something like eggbeaters down there(egg substitute type thing im sure you know what it is lol my mom just eats these now no "real" eggs :p ) i personally love egg whites in the little cartons go through quite a bit of it :)
 
Thanks smiley im sure we have something like that here but im not that worried about it I didn’t eat that many before, I will miss egg and lettuce sandwiches though. Lol Tina you are so cheeky.

Yep newbride I love my coleslaw sandwiches, its one of the things I can still have that I use to eat before I started ww. Lol I love the movie, I would love to get my hands on the book. I haven’t seen it in Australia. Mandarins are one of my favorites as well fuunky, especially if they are sweet and juicy. Thanks for the support honey. Lol smiley yes I can imagine you being called cheeky a lot. Every thing is fine with me I just figure that if I die it won’t take as many burley blokes to lift the coffin lol.

Lol yep that’s all it is. Omg those hot dogs still gross me out lol. The kids and hubby are really well. Sam starts work experience on Tuesday (hair dressing) and if she likes it they will give her an apprenticeship, she is so excited.

Thanks smiley I hope she loves it to, it’s just trying to teach her to listen instead of telling everyone our life story that will be the hard part lol. I went for a walk Friday and Saturday had Sunday off. Its weigh in tonight so im really hoping to lose that last 500g to get back to were I was before I got sick. The one thing im not on top of at the moment is breakfast so I have to start kicking my own butt over that. Anyway today

Yep now im over the disappointment of not reaching the 500g im just happy to have lost and not to have put on. Im going to go pick Sam up at 2 so that should be a good walk and my exercise for today. I will let you no how she goes.

Hey coaster it is good to see you, maybe we can drive this wagon together and see who else we can pick up on the way. Thanks fuunky Sam had a great day yesterday, she said she enjoyed it even though she was mostly sweeping floors and washing lol. she has to wait 5 months before she finds out if she has the apprenticeship or not but it will give her time to really decide if this is what she wants to do. I have to say that im in a more motivated state then I have been of late. Im looking forward to the next month and what we can do, all of us will kick butt.
