Rose you got wonderful plans!!! im drinking a water for you right now!(and then one for K,one For Christina..Michelle..Fuunky,Korrie, amanda ,WW Amono ....lol and so on and so on then 5 min of exercise for each of you too!! (sorry if i forgot anyone im drinking for all of you..water that is lol)
Still driving that wagon Rose??? your doing good girl keep it up :)

Okay, in that case, I jogged 5 minutes for me, for Rosered, Christina, Smiley, Scrappy, and newbride. (jogged 30 minutes) Boy, I'm going to have to do a lot more jogging if I want to fit more people in there! I drink enough waters for half the board once I got home from my jog, I think, and enough coffees for... er wait, that wasn't on the list. What a fun idea! :)
 
no way! If I drink more than one coffe I think my throat would fall out! one cup is too much, but I drink it to wake up!

Im sorry I haven’t been around much girls ive been as busy as, but I thought I would drop in and let you guys no that I have been working up a sweat for yas lol. I went shopping on Saturday and we didn’t stop. We got there at 9 am and didn’t leave till 4pm so I did an hour for each of us lol. Today im off for a walk and I will do at least 5 for each of us. Its weigh in night tonight but I don’t expect to loose (TTOM) and I feel like a balloon. I will get back to you tomorrow lots of hugs.

all right, I know you're back by now..... What happened? Is your pc down again? Kids wont let you on? Too busy exercising to get online? Yeah yeah, well just dont forget about us!
 
:eek: i feel so loved :D i will tell you all the news when i get on tonight, i have about 15 loads of washing to do and i have to get it done before it rain's, i will catch up with everyone then. big hugs
 
Okay everyone, Rosered says "hi" to everyone and to let you all know she is "still alive!" And will be back as soon as she's cought up with everything after her long ass holiday..... LOL
