Hey all. I'm kinda new to all of this. I'm a 15 year old male living in the US. I am not really overweight, per se. But I do want to lose about 5 lbs of fat on my stomach and legs and also just become a generally healthier person. I run cross country, indoor track, track, and I play soccer competitively, so it shouldn't be to much of a problem, but I've been trying to lose this weight for about 2 months now and nothing is working.

I'm hoping that I've found the right way to eat and exercise. I am 6'4" and I weigh 153 lbs. I know that may seem skinny, but I just need to lose these last pounds and I'll be in great shape. I eat about 1900 calories per day and run anywhere from 3-6 miles about 6 days a week, with some crunches and sit ups mixed in there.

Well, that's all for today. Comments/Suggestions are welcome!
 
Maybe incorporate a weights routine? If you do too much cardio you will lose muscle, and if you have more muscle your metabolism will be faster.
 
So today was a good day!
Here is what I had to eat:

1 whole wheat bagel (250)
lemon dannon lite and fit yogurt (60)
banana (160)
ham sandwich (260)
grapes and one spoonful of ice cream (100)
lemon dannon lite and fit yogurt (60)
1/2 bagel (120)
chocolate milk (150)
crackers (80)
frozen south beach diet dinner (240)
fudge pop (40)
sno caps (100)

that's a total of 1640 calories.

for my exercise, I walked to the store and back to get my hair cut. I went to the gym and lifted some weights and biked for 30 minutes. I also stretched and swam for 45 minutes in my friend's pool.

All in all I had a pretty good day. I'm probably gonna go to bed soon because I have to get up early tomorrow for cross country practice! Comments/Suggestions are welcome! :)
