Rolling back the clock

Thanks guys!!!! Yeah when I put how much weight or inches I have lost in tOtal it does make me v proud!!

I'm away again, just walking from work back to hotel.

Isn't it funny how your self perception changes each day!! Today I don't feel fat or thin, but yesterday I had a real fat day, sometimes you have to take stock of how far yOu have come!!

Apart from walking doesn't look like I'll be doing much exercise for next couple weeks!! Maybe I can go for a run along the seafront in Spain.... Hmm not convinced! What I can do is sit ups, squats press ups etc, which is also what I intend to do tomorrow morning!!

you can do excercize here....there are open gyms on the promenade by the sea...almost eveywhere on the coast....and you can swim and jog by the sea...make the most o it girlie!

Take advantage of the outdoors and get some fun workouts in while you travel. It will help take the guilt out of any food splurges that are bound to happen on vacay.
 
I know I should and I know I'll feel guilty about food and regret over eating when I get back but I just can't see me sticking to the diet for the week.

Well I guess we shall see, I just don't want to spend the whole week going no we can't do this or go there or eat this etc just coz of my diet on our one holiday. But then I'm gonna try not to go stupid!!

See you all in about 9 days to see what the damage is!!
 
Hi everyone!

Well I'm back after a week of holiday and then one in the states for work. I have been off the diet and exercise but have not been stupid in what I choose etc.

So I put on four pounds in total, but interestingly all in the first week, none in the second, I guess this is due to the fact my metabolism was low from dieting at the beginning.

I am back on board as of today and I hope that it will be like starting again so I will get the fOur pounds and a few more off quickly!!

I did 4.5km run this morning and then various leg weights and ab crunches.

I am off to check how you have all been keeping now! :)

Hi everyone.

I am very proud last night I took the decision that I am def going to run a 10k race in sept.

I sat down last night and used some on line training programmer to come up with my own plan and calendar that still allows me to do weights.

Its basically 6 lots of exercise over 5 days with 2 rest days. 2 lots of weight training, one of cross training (either zumba or swim) then three runs, two shorter and one distance run that gets longer each week, as it does in all these training program's.

On the calendar I've also blocked out the days I cannot do due to weddings or being away.

I am feeling much more motivated now!!

Hey girls 3 day back on the diet and the break really has kick started my weight loss again.

In the three days I have not exercised and I have def not been an angel yesterday I had a chic muffin, day before a beer and a treacle sponge! And in the three days since I lowered my calories back down I have already lost 3 of the four pounds I put on!!

Having thatbreak from dieting def increased my metabolism back up! :) long may it continue!!

Tomorrow I start my running, sat weights and run, sun run etc so if hopefully the weight loss will stay up there!

Had good news on the house front, looks like we are almost ready to exchange so we should be in, in s couple of weeks!!!

Hello everyone, I have been terrible at coming on here again!!! And not had a chance yet to go to other peoples diaries!! We are in the middle of moving house!!

I did my first weight session after my break and decided it was a great idea to do the normal weights I was doing before I did none for a month! It was not a good idea, that was two days ago and I hurt everywhere!!!!!!!!

Not sure yet what I am going to do about the scales as they are packed away so may have a couple of weeks off... Or may end up unpacking them!! Lol.
