Congrats on the 10/10. You'll be able to conquer the 20 - just don't think about it. Well done with the weight training as well. Bravo!
 
Morning everyone.

So today is a double whammy it's weigh in day and monthly measurements!!!

The bad news in I've put back on the half pound do this week I've lost a big fat ZERO!!! My next target was 175 this Saturday, I'm at 178 still and it's now impossible I will get there :-( I hope I can get at least a bit off and then at least I'm not too far off!!!

Anyway the great news is while my weight did not shift my body fat % apparently did, I am now 29.8, first time I've been back under 30 - yipeeee!! My water % is also up which is a good sign that hopefully I'm just carrying water!

I've made some good inch progress this month, sadly as my hips/bum are refusing to budge my whole body shap is changing!! I started a hourglass and I'm now becoming a pear.

So first here is the movement in inches this month

waist 33 - 32.5
chest 41 - 39
hips 42 - 41
arm 13 - 12.5
thigh 24.5 - 23.5

In the total 2 months

waist 37 - 32.5 (4.5 inch)
chest 44.5 - 39 (4.5 inch)
hips 44 - 41 (3 inch)
thigh 25.5 - 23.5 (2 inch)
arm (bicep) 13.5 - 12.5 (1 inch)

haha you can tell I am very proud!!!

Great motivation for my 20 minute run on
the c25k programme today :)

Don't feel too bad about not losing, it looks like your body is definitely changing for the better, maybe you are even putting on a little muscle! Keep it up :D

AND CONGRATS ON THE INCHES AND BODYFAT drop!!!!!! WAHOO!! That's great!!

That .5 gain in weight must be ALL muscle! Having gone down in body fat, but gained weight, means you've lost FAT weight but gained MUSCLE weight!! YAY!! That means that you'll be burning more doing nothing!! *happy dance* All that working out is giving you SUCH great results!! *hugs*

You should be very proud of yourself! And your diet/workouts- wow!!! To have burned 900 calories- GIRL!! You're on fire!!!!!

I DID IT, IDID IT, I DID IT!!!! I ran the 20 minutes, it almost killed be but I did it!!!

I have just been catching up with yours. Your weight sounds cool for your height!! i wish i was your proportion already!!! i m 5 8.

But i so understand - when you are tall --- as my beloved friend pointed out ---and you are just a bit overweight you look like a bodyguard/bouncer....bless her - i was nearly in tears...i dont think she realised how she hurt me - i was at my heaviest at the time.

You are doing great though - running for 20 minutes - well done!!!! - you, runner ppl always impress me!! :)

Yeah I think because I am so different to them, so much taller etc so I will always be bigger than them! Lol.

Anyways... I have just got in from doing weight lifting and then my 2nd 20 minite run - omg I hurt everywhere!!!!

Had a yummy steak for dinner - non
nom nom!! I was naughty last night and had beef chow mein - naughty!!!

I am really enjoying the running, funny how you get used to these things!!! Waiting to see how bad my legs are after last nights session to see whether I can do another double whammy tomorrow.

I made the mistake of getting on the scales this morning when I knew I'd be up be cause of the late dinner and exercise last night and I am the same damn weight as ties! It'd better go down in the next 24 hours.

I hate the way the scale ends up running your life!!! I am now so
like why do I bother!!! Mental!

I can really feel my thighs, back and biceps.... You know when you are really "aware of them" so in another 12-24 hours I suspect the back and thighs at least will be screaming!!

Not only that - for me, it feels like something is missing if I go more than a day between runs.

The scale will get back in line - but I do understand how frustrating it is.

Good luck with your 25 min run on Sun (or sooner).
 
Grrrrrrr I hate the damn scales!!!!!!

So I always planned to weigh in mid week this week as I have a big night out tonight so wanted to know before hand. So four days after my weigh in I still haven't lost any weight!!!!!

I am exercising my arse off and eating properly!!!! It is way too early for my weight loss to have slowed this much!!!

At least my bf % is still just under 30. Literally nothing has moved!

The only positive I have to grab at is that I have wanted this skirt for ages but kept saying to my oh I can't buy it now as it'll end up way to big too quickly. He finally convinced ne to go buy it a smaller size to slim into. So yesterday I went and brought it in a 12 and it actually fits albeit a bit tight. I may even wear it tonight....

Then I though I'd buy some jeans but the 14s were to big so I an almost a 12 again ( I am already back to a 12 on top as long as it's not a shirt!! Wish my damn arse would lose some more!!

I have a double helping of exercise again this morn. Running and weights.... Question is
20 or 25.... Hmmmm.....Jennifer I think you may be right!!! I had to force myself not to go to the gym last night! I am getting a tad obsessed!! Lol.

Ok I was in a major strop so I got on the scales another 3 times!!!!! All three it says I am down 1 pound!!! So I have no idea what happenned the first time - perhaps it wasn't flat or something?! Anyway I am going with the 1 pound - lol!

Hey Charlie - we are going to have to take that scale away from you. lol

Believe me - I totally understand - I have been working my big butt off the past couple of months and have a total of a couple lbs to show for it. But my clothes fit better, I'm losing inches in strange places - my knees down are showing remarkable improvement - I may have to start wearing clothes to show them off - hehe

It's not about the number on the scale as much as how your clothes fit and how you feel. Since you started running, I'm sure you have a bit more stamina and an easier time breathing. Keep up the good work with your eating and working out - the scale WILL have to budge eventually.

I understand your obsession about the gym...well that you had to force yourself not to go ... i m starting to become like that - if i dont do 90 min workout a day at least then i feel totally guilty!

True true, and the clothes do feel better!!! I know - I need to hide them!!! Haha.

I did 25 - v proud! Think I'm gonna try upping the pace a bit instead of the time next time, I'm currently doing 7.5 km per hr, I want to get it up to 9 so think I will try 25 at 8 next time!

Yeah running really works my lower legs too - wierd huh!

Ditto!!! It feels wrong if I don't go!! My dad keeps saying why haven't u done x,y and z and how can u not have time and my only real reason is the gym. Feels terrible saying it but if I'm not a physical wreck tomo no way am I going to do DIY, I'll be going back to the gym!!!!

It's like you feel lazy if u don't go!!!

Incidently I am wearing a long top as a dress out tonight, I could not even wear this two months ago as it made me look like the Michelin man (lots of rolls)! I am so pleased!! :)
