Hi Rocky,
Welcome to the WLF and to your new diary :)

As for starting tomorrow...there's no better time like the present ;) Each and every meal is a new opportunity to eat better!

What is your plan?

exactly!! tomorrow may be a brand new day... but that next meal is also a brand new thing... Dont put it off for one more splurge meal... figure out how to work those splurges into your plan...

and welcome to your diary

Good luck Rocky, and like M2M said, theres no better time then the present. All it takes is a few healthy choices and your on your way.

As soon as I saw your thread that song "eye of the tiger" came in to my head. Just thought i would share that with you. Good luck, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!:D

Ha, it was night when I posted this thread. ;)

My plan? I don't have one.

eating healthier seems like it is part of your plan as is exercising. the challenge is to put that plan as a tangilble goal...

How many times a week did you want to ride your bike and how many minutes per ride...
Are you using an online food journal to keep track of your calories? Like sparkpeople or fitday? maybe preplan some of your meals so you know exactly what you're eating thruout the day...
I'm a busybody - don't mind me :D
