You look great! If you don't mind sharing what are some things you did to help you lose the weight?
I track my calories as accurately as possible, which is not an exact science at all, but getting as close as possible i find helps.
I strictly monitor my intake, keeping track daily my fat, carbs and protein.
I make sure i get my protein requirements and my fat requirements, and try to keep them balanced (fish oil is a HUGE help with this, so is the smart balance omega peanut butter in my shakes)
Whatever is left goes for carbs...
I eat mostly protein shakes, with omega peanut butter, top sirloin, Chicken Breasts, bananas, broccoli, carrots, strawberries, beef jerky
rarely: oatmeal, whole grain snacks
I use a scale to monitor my intake DOWN TO THE GRAM
fitday.com makes it a whole lot easier...
I have been working on timing my meals... Carbs are ONLY in the morning, or after a work out...
I eat throuhout the day.
I KEEP prepared meals on hand
If im going to something social... I'll bring around some water and some protein bars
I Train very intensely 2 to 3 times a day, it took QUITE a while to be able to get to the level.
Bottom line...
Discipline, Diet, and above most DEDICATION
my will allows me to push on... eat the right things, avoid pitfalls, and avoid the TV trap.
its mostly mental.
Food is just fuel.
Master that and make progress, at least for me.
