Just saw those pics you posted and you are kicking some tail, girlie! Good job to you. You have made some wonderful progress.
 
I think I've fallen in love with Kashi foods. Yeah, it's love... gotta be love :beating:

After the two days of taking a break from working out I was afraid I'd stop like I usually do but no I'm back on it :D I think I'm getting a muscle (or a strange bump lol) on my right leg and not on my left it looks so weird. And once I point it out to people it's forever noticeable even with my pants on :cuss: Okay well maybe it's not that noticeable but still...

After I woke up I had a garden burger BBQ Riblet & a vanilla crisp special K bar.
For lunch a Lean Cuisine tortilla crusted fish (never having one of those again)
and snacked on some pickled okra and Kashi Fire roasted vegetable crackers (again, pure love)
1/3 of my Kashi Roasted Vegetable Pizza for Dinner
And some Strawberry yogurt somewhere in there


I go to work at 5 in the afternoon tomorrow... what kind of schedule is that?! :cuss:
 
Heck Yeah! My BBQ Riblets Kick Ass! My mom is even addicted to them lol. I love how all my friends and some of my family love my vegetarian foods :)

anyway you just made me hungry lol
 
Hey Rissy, you haven't been posting much, you still doing well? Love to hear an update...

I've been getting sleepy when I get home from work now it's really weird... I'm so used to being wired when I get home lol But I'm off the weekend so maybe these two days can set me back on track :D
 
I haven't been working out these past few days. I know... I am ashamed. And it's for the stupidest reason that I just need to get over! See, my tredclimber is in the living room and usually when I work out it's right after I eat breakfast and everyone is usually gone at work or school. Well here lately someone is up with me watching TV. And I know, I know.. the TV in in the opposite direction of the tredclimber, and it's JUST my family. But still, I don't like it lol I want my very own work out room darnit.

Anyways, I do plan on getting back to it so no worries there.

And tomorrow I've decided I'm ready to go to my favorite Chinese restaurant again :D I've been craving it like crazy... the egg rolls, the sushi, my walnut shrimp...

Oh the excitement!! Plus, I get my new BlackBerry tomorrow... life is good!

I'm sure my splurging from today and yesterday did it's thing though =P so I probably wont go near a scale for at least a few days

But the Chinese food was worth it!! :beating:

So I lied about staying away from the scale :blush5: I just couldn't help it! lol

But I didn't gain anything... all is right in the world
