Why yes, I did work out again today :D The usual, 20 minutes on the tredclimber.

I tried my best to add more calories today but I'm still not there... I think I'm going to have to work at it slowly. I get full, can't help it.
I'm working on it though, promise :)

It's time to go grocery shopping so I didn't have much of a choice today... ugh.

Had 2 eggs for breakfast with some grape tomatoes on the side for a snack, I love those things! And of course had my sugar free apple cider, delish.

Before I went to work I had 1/3 of my Kashi Roasted Vegetable pizza A vanilla crisp Special K bar, and the rest of my strawberry yogurt.

At work I had to eat on my 15 minute break because I couldn't go to lunch until 7:30, grr
But I had the very last 1/3 of the pizza, one of those south beach diet strawberry banana on the go mix things, and another Special K bar for a little dessert.
I said I was going to start making my meals and I still don't see it happening... tisk tisk :D

I'm craving a tuna sandwich

It's definitely time to go grocery shopping! But I did get my tuna sandwich I was craving :D in fact two!
Today I'm not really focused on what I ate or what I did (but I'm still working out)
I saw Lloyd today! Lloyd's the guy I've liked ever since I started walmart 2 years back but he quit not too long ago (right at the beginning of my diet I think) But when he saw me today he stopped right in his tracks and said "wow."
I'll get to see him again this Sunday :D we made plans to meet and catch up.
 
I'm not surprised he said "wow" if the pics are any indication!

Anyway, just sayin' hi!

Hey! Thanks for stopping by :D I was kind of hoping I wouldn't see him for a while so the difference would be noticable so him seeing me now was kind of one of my mini goals... sad as that sounds =P
 
Just wanted to say hey and congrats on your loss so far! I have about a 100 lbs to lose to get to my goal weight too and i'm five foot ten and a half- so ours stats r kinda similar!

Seems like your comitted to this lifestyle change and you'll get there in no time. Good luck! :beerchug:

I've been good about weighing every day since March but lately I haven't because I've been bloated (ugh!) and last time I weighed during this time I got a little discouraged and it wasn't pretty so I refuse to this time! But I have been working out every day so far and still eating healthy, and a little more trying to add more calories... so far so good.
I treated myself to my favorite Chinese restaraunt the other day and it was worth it! I hadn't splurged in a looooong time so it was beyond awesome :beating:

I can't weigh myself every day, if I do I get crazy. I can fluctuate anywhere from 4 to 6 lbs inside of a single day so I make a point of only doing one official weigh in each week. I shoot for roughly the same time of day also.

Feel for ya on the whole TOM thing (thank god I'm a guy:coolgleamA:) But I have a wife and two adult daughters... Good for you to keep going on workouts.

I thought not weighing myself would make me go crazy haha but it's actually a nice little break...
 
So I'd like to think I had more to eat today... throughout the day I had 2 bowls of caramel delight fiber one cereal, one for breakfast the other for lunch. Also for breakfast I had two grilled Tilapia fish fillets... delish! :beating:
Glass of milk, snacked on pickled okra throughout the day... jar's almost gone
2 smart portion muffins (blueberry, and banana) 80 calories each.
A bowl of some Select Harvest soup (savory chicken and long grain rice)
And I HAD to have a taste of chocolate so I had a couple spoonfulls of triple chocolate no sugar added icecream. A small container of strawberry yogurt and a 100 calorie ritz snack mix.

It's midnight and I'm still full...

Still haven't weighed, but I'm still working out. In fact my clothes are getting looser again and I can wear my moms pants! I'm just happy I don't have to buy new pants again, I'll just borrow :D
 
Wow! way to go! Your progress is amazing! Keep at it, I'm sure you'll get down to where you want to be :D

So I played with the idea of weighing weekly and thought for sure I was going to do it... but I can't. I don't think I really want to right now. Maybe later down the road?
Yesterday I woke up late and thought I wouldn't be able to make it to work on time so I just took a break from working out, tomorrow I start back up.


I'm getting my birthday cake in October! My favorite month... Halloween, fall.. what more could I ask for? I started my diet the month before my birthday so I chose not to have a birthday cake. Now I feel comfortable having one (6 months later :rolleyes:) So I'll have a late Halloween birthday :D
 
That sounds like you made a good decision with the cake. I know when I was just starting this whole thing, we got a cookie cake (my all time favorite!!) with icing, and I had to get 2 because the one for the family was gone within 2 days, and then the one I had for my party (there was only one friend in attendance :p) was eaten within the day. It was pretty much ridiculous, how fast I gorged myself on it. A few months later, We got one for my dad's birthday, and I have succeeded in having 2 pieces or less of the cookie a day.
:D I know you are ready for the challenge of the cake. :)

Very mature, in control decision on birthday cake. You have to live or go crazy, so you make a rational decision about it and put it in perpective. Good call.

Thank you! And yes, I am SO ready for that cake... I was actually thinking about having a cookie cake :D but I think I want a chocolate cake with vanilla icing.. oh yes :beating: caaaake

yep yep :D I've lost 3 more pounds and it made my day when I saw it
