Riki's Journal - The journey begins

Week 3 - Day 5

Well here we are at the end of yet another week, and i am feeling good :)

Todays work out was good and i feel the burn

Bike Ride 2 km sprint
Bench Press 4 x 8 reps 42.5 kgs
Incline Bench Press 4 x 6 reps 36.5 kgs
Close Grip Chin ups 2 x 7 and 1 x 4
Bar Bell Curls 4 x 8 reps 19 kgs
Dips 2 x 20

I am also about to go and upload some pics of my progress so stay tuned for that

Today I tried tuna for the first time ever I believe, it is ok and i wll continue to eat it, i just need to drink lots of water with it, which lets face it, isnt a bad thing
 
Well i head off at 630 am tommorrow for my holiday, get back on thursday afternoon/night. I am heading to Queenslands Gold Coast. I am already well aware that my healthy eating will not exsist for the next four days, but on the plus ill be at the beach sun, rain, or snow?? haha! so simming is good fitness so that should help :) so i will have to go hard on friday to catch up for these days off :p

Well im back at it after my holiday, and i can say i wasnt the healhiest person on the holiday eating alot of cr@p. but not eating very often due to being out and swimming at the beach heaps most likely worked in my favour

Week 4 - day 1

Bench press 4 x 8 reps 40.5 kgs
Incline Bench press 3 x 8 reps 35.5 kgs
DB Pec Fly 3 x 8 23 kgs
DB bench press 3 x 8 23kgs
close grips chin ups 2 x 6
dips slow and stead 1 x 15
 
Hey all, just a quick update seeing as i have posted in a week or so. i am still training hard, just havent had to much time on my hands. been working hard at the gym i will try to get more specific updates soon.
