Right Shoulder Pain

Hi there, any information that will help me please!!

Whenever I use the bench and it is only on the bench it occurs, my right shoulder like kind of inside it, when I bring the bar down and go to push up on the right shoulder it feels like a twinge, a sharp pain goes through it but it is very specific, in one area :S

That is the best I can explain it! Any ideas?

Make sure that you're stretching properly before you hit the bench, have you been having this pain forever? Or has it just recently started hurting?
 
Only recently really, I have been stretching it out quite a lot now but after about 15 minutes on the bench it does seem to calm down and disappear?
Maybe I should just stretch more before hitting the bench, what do you think?

perhaps you should do stretching before hitting the bench. for the mean time, while the pain is still there, take a rest and let the pain heal before you get back.
