Ridiculously small forearm

Measured my Arms today as SOP with measuring my fatloss.

Bicep/Tricep - 16.5 in. Flexed
Forearm Peak - 13 in. Flexed
Wrist - 7 In.

Doesn't this seem a bit, odd? My forearm/wrist seems soo much smaller than my bicep, it almost looks funny.
I know it's not genetics, my dad has huge gorilla crusher forearms, yet I have toothpicks attached to biceps.
Heres what my Arm workout looks like:

Hammer Curls 10 x 4sets
Skull Crushers 12 x 4 sets
Shrugs 10 x 4 sets
Lying Tricep Extensions AF 12 x 4 sets
Lying Tricep Press 12 x 4

Possible at my age of 20, I just haven't achieved my full skeletal/muscular growth?
 
if its the forearms then maybe throw some reverse curls into you're workout but as for the wrists theres very little you can do about it im afraid
 
your talking about those big iron balls that I always see used in Irish parodies?

gimme a 15 lb Kettle Bell and 30 minutes and I can make ya cry! haahahaha

I have a 5 lb on my desk and i just grind my forearms with it all the time while I'm on the phone. With the handles and shape you hold them out straight, let them dangle, flip grip, stand up sit down, and your forearms will even feel like they are going to give out.

Skydivers, real jumpers, have grip.
 
on the plus side, if you have fairly large biceps (i'd say 16.5" is fairly large) and small fore arms, then your biceps will look bigger.

haha appearance is important.
