Hello my sweets,
It's been a while, hasn't it..
I hope everyone's doing great. I had problems with my Internet browser (damn thing just kept shutting down on me) and then that time of the month came and shut ME down. But I'm back to normal now..
My eating's been great. I had bad moments on Thursday and Friday, when I just wanted to eat everything in sight, but the worst I managed was an extra square of dark chocolate, and that's because that was the only ready made food in the house. I think it's the raging hormones and all.
I recovered really quickly from last week's walk (I've finally uploaded the pics of the lovely lavender field) so I decided to do another walk yesterday. It was only around 9 miles, and it went beautifully. It's the same walk I'm planning next week with friends, but I decided to go it solo, just in case the route is confusing. I found it more than ok though - I only got lost once (at the beginning, which only set me back a mile or so), and I completed it in broad daylight, so I'm pretty happy about the way it's all going.
I also had my re-programme with my personal trainer at the gym, so I have a new weight training workout schedule, really intensive. I'll post it up the next time I'm at the gym - I forgot to copy it from my gym chart. But it combines different muscle groups; takes it up a notch. Well, 5 notches more like..
