im returning to weight training and dieting after a three week gap where i was sick and couldnt do much in the way of fitness - during that gap i lost about 6-8lb bodyweight and i just tried to go back to my old routine and i physically couldnt do it!
I started dieting clean again a few days ago, bt my muscles dont seem to be able to lift at all, i even tried halving the weight on some of the big exercises and it was still near enough impossible to make it through a full workout
does anyone have any tips on how to get back to where i was fast? right now it feels like ive lost a big percentage of my strength because of the illness which affected my appetite and weight and it feels like i have been pushed back physically to where i was before i started training. i dont want to use such low weight that it takes me forever to get back to where i was.
