Hallo everyone! This isn't my first time here. Back after a long almost 2 years break... Been through lots of downs and recently retrenched and then a new job. To keep the story short, I've put on 25 and am on my way to losing and living a disciplined and healthy lifestyle.

My new workplace has a gym! And it's only 1 min away from my office if I use the elevator... lol. Clearly no excuses! I've started working out a few times each week to get back to usual routine. My glutes and quads are sore now after doing some intense intervals last night. The diff with this gym is the people. The staff are really humble and helpful. They don't bite their lip and stiffle a laugh when you ask really silly questions, are accommodating and initiate to help. No pressure to sign on any programs with them as they are hired by our company, meaning... hey we are ONE!

My meals this week are gonna be TURKEYFUL! Serious. Leftover turkey from a party last week. First time ever that I've seen such a lonely turkey! I decided to 'adopt' it home, lol... since it's good protein! and yay i get to save $$$ by not eating out. So let me knw if you have good recipes for leftover turkey!

Workout for Monday morning was a quick interval workout. Felt guilty that it was so quick and short that I went in again after work to get a longer workout done. Was glad I went cos the gym was packed and full of action! The staff was like... "Wow... lots of movement here today huh?" LOL.

My weight now is 145. I'm not greedy at all. I'll be happy with a 110 with nice taut muscle definition. Ok for a shortie for me at 5'2. My idol is Jamie Eason and I think she's around that weight too. Google her if you are curious, she's a great sexy figure athlete!
 
I am absolutely sore today...
Last night I did 1 hr of rowing. 1st time doing it and it was not easy! Guess I have body coordination problems? LOL. I was doing intervals on it as well and the instructor monitored me for a while to check my posture was right. He came back 30 min later to check and I was impressed with the dedication and passion of these gym staff!

I felt like puking while waiting for the bus home. I think my tummy probably felt abit too stretched with all that action for 1 hr!

My body is recovering quickly now from workouts. Was able to hit the gym this morning. I wouldn't like to do it back to back but I didn't have a choice today as I have to head to a client's place and go home from there. Doesn't make sense to come back office to workout.

I noted this morning that my legs are shrinking... my face too. The chin is sharper and i see abit of jawline finally! OK. Now waiting for the arms and tum-tum to shrink too. 40 pounds to go and hopefully before May 2010! YAY!
 
Did HIIT in the morning. Was running late and cool down 5 min.
I need to figure out what to do without a gym till Monday. Either sprints at the park opposite my place or weights at home. Really need to stick to workout during this festive season. Was a good gal today at the office christmas party. Can't believe I ate no cakes at all! Had a small slices of ham, fish and cabbage in a spoon of curry. Finished with 5 lychees and rambutans! I didn't drink any wine too! Yay! System feeling good... this is going to be the way for the next few parties, heheh. Merry Christmas everyone!
 
No workout today.
Morning was a bottle of strawberry milk and then went straight to church. I met a cute youth pastor at the store! Was sooooo happy since i havn't seen him for a long time.

Anyways, lunch was a japanese beef hotpot which was absolutely yummy! Since it's Christmas, a friend decided to pick up the tab!!!! Sweeeet! Had 2 coffees and apples and now wondering wat to cook for dinner. Maybe some chicken salad will do as I am still full from the hotpot.
 
Walked in the park today. Saw some cute monkeys. They were tame. Had a shake in the morning. And lunch was a big bowl of chicken hotpot. Great for rainy weather like this. Did a mini workout while watching TBL. So awesome seeing the transformations tho many are questioning how healthy it is to lose so much weight within a short time.
 
I am down 4 lbs. Yay! Hope to break into 130s next week.
I ate well over the holidays, and spread out all the goodies. Had a yummy choc cake too. Went to the gym this morning and did the treadmill, bike and stretching.
 
Did treadmill and bike today again. The gym counter staff asked "So you r a morning person yea?" Haha. Actually not. But I figured I would be too lazy to hit the gym after work. So pulled myself out of bed early at 530am so I could reach the gym by 7am. It's an hr bus ride so I get to sleep on the bus.

Nearing 137. My waist is getting less bulky. Not that thick, lol. Feeling good that I have eaten clean mostly this week. I still havn't given up on coffee with milk though. Don't see the need to be hard on myself. But I do want to be nice and slim at least by Valentine's. I hear a co-worker is interested in me and is waiting to give me a special gift and ask me out. Not sure why he chooses to wait till Valentine's when my birthday was on Monday! But oh well, I figured I can wait... hahahah.
