ok first off thanks everyone for the great words
secondly... sept 29 of last year i left an unhealthy relationship of 12 years, i had already changed my eating habits and joined the gym to try and get in shape, but i do believe its within the last year that i have improved leaps and bounds, and i gotta tell ya ANGER motivated me lol i can laugh now cuz i turned something negative into a positive and i did what i could...i was mistreated for so long by my ex that wen i left i him i took my anger and frustration out at the gym...i figured that i couldnt really control what was going on in my life, my break up, my finances etc BUT i could control my health and fitness...its the one thing thats all MINE, i own that, i can work as hard or as little as i please and i chose to kick my ass at the gym lol.....as for what exercises i do, i concentrate more on weights than i do cardio, i do approx 25 mins of cardio per gym visit as opposed to 45 mins in the past, wen i lowered my cardio and concentrated more on weight training is wen i saw HUGE results...the more muscle i built the more fat i lost, the more toned i got...i love working out, it makes me happy...and being fit and in shape feels tons better than the feeling i got from eating a pizza all to myself
