Results not typical

Im too excited to wait another week to post these in the month to month thread. This is from almost a month of hardcore weight lifting. I cant wait to see what I look like in another month. :hurray:. My plan now is to put on the muscle for next 3-4 months and then cut weight to get the toned look I want.

Last pic is of me as a fat ass at 330 lbs . lol I am now 238 lbs

I didnt really notice it at first but I went over to a friends house a few days ago and I had not seen him for about a month and first thing he said was " Damn dude, what the hell have you been doing " . He wants to start going to the gym with me now. So I went home and took some pics to compare and I was shocked. I was not expecting that big of a change in such a short period of time.
 
Awesome job! You look amazing! Keep up the good work! I wish I could have the discipline like you! (I force myself to go to the gym).
 
That's impressive. That's some great dedication.

I started my gig 2 weeks ago. I've started and stopped many times over the course of the past 3 or 4 years but nothing ever stuck. I would always get into trouble on the weekends; I am a pretty social guy so I'd wind up having a few beers with some friends, then I would in turn, eat whatever, then feel lazy as a result of the beer and on Monday would then skip the gym etc. It would spiral. Next thing I knew, I'd stop the gym and healthier lifestyle altogether.

So, good luck! Keep with it. With inspiring stories such as yours I am planning to get back to where I want to be as well!

It's such a good feeling when someone notices and comments on the weight loss, isn't it? I'm sure you'll be hearing things like that from friends a lot - keep up the good work!
