I am planning on building my next months workouts around this program TESTOSTERONE NATION - 8 Weeks to Monster Shoulders
and since I have limited time I think I may just do the shoulder workout then either bench squat or deadlift. I will probubly have one free day though and can throw some other things in. What else should I include? pullups?
I am going to take this week off and map out my new program then start back up next week.
