Im guessing i have to restart now.. Just an issue i had.. But im restarting it and got some Advantages.. I now have a pass to a gym to work out Every other day 
Heres the deal.. i weigh 156 5'6. Trying 2 get about 140. Calorie intake will be around 1500. Every other Day that im not working out ill try my hardest to stay out door even though the cold weather. I do skateboard. About 1-2 hours a day. somtimes when i go to the park , a total of 8 horus of skating that day.. Where is a site i can see the total Fats / Proteins / ect... I need to take. I really want to start my 1500 calorie diet again badly. I dont no how i got nocked off, i was doing good for 2 weeks then had a party and ended up in bad news.
Ill take any Healthy Recipes people have also.!!! please and thanks
